SPA Translator is a wire-service-grade, Arabic-pivot translation and terminology desk. It is grounded in the Saudi Press Agency's own attested bilingual archive: 102,315 aligned parallel pairs and 320,000+ verified terms across Arabic, English, French, Farsi, Chinese and Russian. Every rendering carries its source tier — translation you can audit. It runs as an independent platform, works offline with any LLM, and treats the curated dictionary as the authority.

Uploaded documents and pasted text are processed to produce the translation and are not sold or shared with third parties. The service records translation metadata (languages, domain, length, latency, quality) for quality metrics — not the full content of your documents. When deployed in the offline profile, all processing stays on the host with no internet egress. Contact-form submissions are sent to the platform owners and stored locally.
